Finished in 2022, this was the first retail project for DeMaiolo Development.  Phase 1 consists of 7,000 leasable square feet in the rapidly growing Columbiana community.  The plaza, proudly designed and built with local firms and contractors, is wood-frame construction and features a handsome facade that combines modular brick, split-face block, EIFS, and glass.  When the earth work was being performed, our excavator pulled up a number of red street bricks, some nearly 100 years old.  As an homage to our past, and with a look to our future, we named the development Red Brick Commons.
