Located in the Columbiana Industrial Park, DeMaiolo Development owns a 13 acre parcel at the end of Kauffman Avenue.  We plan a multi-faceted project for 2024 - a combination of large industrial, contractor garages, and self storage.  As always, we plan on keeping abreast of the needs of both our community and our potential tenants - and we will adjust as necessary to meet those ever changing needs.
